Master Tsai will teach exercises and techniques to relax and harmonize your body and mind, thus releasing mental and emotional stress as well as improving associated physical ailments. The exercises include specific breathing techniques, visualization exercises, low impact Qi gong, yoga and meditation methods that will remove stiffness and stimulate the movement of energy through the body’s energetic pathways while quieting the mind, balancing emotions, aligning the spine and energizing the body’s bio-energetic system. The Work Life Feng Shui Part II workshop is the second course in the series. Having learned the basic tools to relax internally, you will now gain insights on how to restructure and direct your internal energy towards achieving the professional goals you and your team have set out for yourselves. You will continue to foster positive attitudes and mental states while gaining a deeper understanding of the interconnection of self and work life environment and how to enhance these relationships, which translates into a better working environment and increased overall productivity. Finally, you will learn about your inner capital and manifest it as success in the workplace and in life.


Specific techniques will focus on how to bring mindfulness into daily professional activities as well as to train the mind towards absolute focus, prioritize and restructure each event as it comes, so that your time and energy are utilized in the most efficient way. Stretching Yoga, Calm Abiding Meditation and breathing techniques will focus on harnessing and directing internal energy in order to expand your energy and center your mind, which will empower you to achieve your professional goals and turn vision into reality.
